My daughter asked if I could do a dragon for her class. I came up with this. I bought a large loaf of bread and made a sandwich. I cut it up into peices which are under the wings. I then took some breadsticks, the kind you bake up, and made them into a "pile" that was bumpy and looked like a head. I also took pizza dough and made the wings. I added some cut up almonds for teeth, red peppers for fire coming out the mouth and spikes on the head. Green beans made up the claws and I added some weird greens (kale or collard or something, not sure what it is but it looked cool). And voila - dragon sandwich. Feeds 20 with each getting a small peice.
