This is not the best photo but I did not want to post pics of all the kids in my child's class. This was a real fruit cake a made for her birthday at school. I found it in Family Fun magazine and it was really easy to do. I cut up a watermelon into 1/4 slices and stacked them. I then lined the top with strawberries, star fruit, and berries. I got all organic of all I could find but some were out of season. I did raspberries, yellow raspberries and blueberries. The star fruit really made the cake. The kids LOVED it! The picture is of all of them cheering for the cake.
